Win4Youth is one of Adecco Group’s global programs. Launched in 2010, it encourages colleagues to participate in athletic events – from runs to races to swims to triathlons – and raise funds for children and young people in difficult situations. It’s a simple formula. For every kilometer completed, the Adecco Group donates money to youth foundations across the world. How cool is that?

Over the last five years, we've donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to charities in North America. Now, we're ready to start measuring our donations by the millions. Are you ready to help? Ready to get in tip-top shape too? The program provides so much for so many people:
- Funds that impact underprivileged youngsters' careers and lives in a big way
