Salary: $75,000 – $80,000/year + 15% Shift Differential + Overtime

What You’ll Do:
Set up and fine-tune CNC equipment with minimal supervision
Perform precision inspections and ensure first-article quality
Troubleshoot, optimize, and elevate machining processes
Collaborate with a skilled team to meet and exceed production goals
Manage tooling, track performance, and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring:
5+ years of CNC machining and setup experience
Mastery of blueprint reading and GD&T
Skilled with micrometers, bore gages, CMMs, and inspection tools
Leadership experience and technical certifications are a plus
