Adecco is partnering with a local client in Mayville, Wisconsin to find reliable production helpers on 1st shift.  
 
Pay: $15.75-$17.78+ (Based on Experience)
Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm*
*OT may extend end time to 3:30pm and/or include work on Saturday

Overview
The Production Helper is primarily responsible for unloading parts from the machine, grinding and finishing metal parts, sorting and counting order quantities.  The Production Helper may be assigned to any department to assist in meeting the needs of production.

Responsibilities

  • Unload parts, grind and finish metal parts, and sort/order quantities accurately.
  • Use hand tooling for tasks based on setup documents or supervisor/lead guidance.
  • Perform work to time standards, ensuring quality and resolving basic manufacturing issues.
  • Document time and production data, report material, production, and quality control issues.
  • Maintain equipment performance logs, assist with preventative maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical tasks, and work safely with hand tools and metal materials.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask efficiently while adapting to change.

Pay Details: $15.75 to $17.78 per hour
