Adecco is helping their client in Everett, WA find their next 2nd shift Production Assembler! As a production assembler you will build and calibrate a variety of quality, Biomedical Test Equipment devices. In this position, you would join a team who values cross-training, collaboration, and growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, rework, calibrate & test, inspect, and package electromechanical assemblies.
- Operate and/or maintain production equipment and hand tools using process documents, diagrams, and written instructions in support of production goals.
- Collect, analyze, and report data from production processes requiring basic mathematical knowledge.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean processes as appropriate based upon assigned levels.
Requirements:
- Moderate skills navigating and using computers: Login, printing, follow onscreen prompts, opening and closing files.
- Available to work 3:30pm to 2:00am, with overtime when customer demand requires.
- Occasional heavy lifting (> 50 lbs) or movement of objects up to 40 lbs and repetitive use of upper extremities and standing for extended periods.
- May involve exposure to chemicals, solvents and solder smoke. Will be required to wear safety glasses.
- Must be able to match up colors and be able to assemble small pieces, required due to frequent close work.
- Read & speak English in order to understand oral or written safety information, assembly instructions and supervisory direction.
- Experience with electronic assembly preferred, but ability to be trained and learn rapidly is a must.
- Attention to detail to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

This is a temp to hire position.
Pay rate will be $21.60. This includes the 2nd shift differential.
