Adecco is partnering with a local client in West Bend, Wisconsin to find a dedicated and reliable Powder Painter for 2nd shift.
Pay: $18 to $22+ (Based on Experience)*
*$2/hr shift premium once hired on
*eligible for pay review/increase at various intervals during first year
Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm*
*may need to train on 1st shift
*OT will be required at times
Responsibilities:
- Apply powder paint using a manual powder gun.
- Troubleshoot powder application issues.
- Clean equipment and perform color changes.
- Follow instructions for powder application on specific parts.
- Maintain a dust-free work environment and ensure good organization.
- Perform preventative maintenance and report quality issues.
- Mark defective products to prevent shipment.
- Work overtime as needed for customer demands or maintenance.
- Ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow directions and multitask.
- Basic print reading and knowledge of torque values.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in powder application or promotion within the department.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Willingness to assist in all areas of the paint department.
Job Expectations:
- Experience in a technical environment.
- Strong math and paint application skills.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and both Metric and Standard systems.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
