Adecco is seeking an Account Management Ops Representative to support the onboarding and maintenance related functions for our client’s brokerage accounts. This role will provide critical support to the branch office by reviewing documentation, activating brokerage account traits, and resolving escalated issues.

Strong decision-making skills and risk management abilities

Experience with brokerage account operations and systems preferred
Responsibilities:
Respond to internal phone calls from the branch office
Process cases in SRP and ASAP systems
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
Make informed decisions while prioritizing client and branch office needs and managing risk
Pay Details: $23.44 per hour
