Adecco is assisting a local client in filling an Accounting Assistant position in Frankfort, KY. The position will be responsible for financials, processing payments, auditing payments, and preparing reports. Monday – Friday
8:00am – 4:30pm Onsite – This is NOT a remote position.
Pay Rate: $24.00
Responsibilities for this Accounting Assistant position include:
· Reconciling the company bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
· Completing analysis of employee expenditures
· Managing income and expenditure accounts
· Generating the company’s financial reports
· Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
· Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
· Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
· Enter and upload information into the system
· Maintain files paper and electronically
· Maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
· Accounting experience is preferred
· Must submit an updated resume to be considered
· Experience with accounting software and data entry
· Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures
· Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
· Ability work independently
· Analytical skills
· Knowledge of relevant software: MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
· Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner.
· Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
