High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of data entry and clerical experience
Prior collections or accounting experience a plus!
Excellent written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Description:
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer account setups within our systems.
Maintain comprehensive customer contact information in both QAD and AvaTax.
Identify and update inactive customer records to reflect their current status.
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
