Job duties include:
Review payment requests and process payments to vendors and employees.
Record Interoffice Settlements, corrections, and check reimbursements into the Accounts Payable and General Ledger systems.
Research inquiries and variances. Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager with various projects.
The starting pay rate for Accounting Clerk jobs is $18.00/ hr.
Accounting Clerks should have at least one year of office experience. Experience with reconciling and items processing is preferred. The ideal candidate has experience with Excel and should be able to meet deadlines and work independently. Strong understanding and high proficiency in Office Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
