Responsibilities for an Accounting Specialist – AR include but are not limited to:
Process customer invoices and submit through billing portals using ERP system (SyteLine)
Provide weekly/monthly customer statements and support collection efforts on past due accounts
Code freight payments and project costs, manage billing milestones and costing validations
Communicate with customers and internal teams (Engineering, Sales) to resolve discrepancies and AR issues
Candidates for Accounting Specialist – AR must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Associate’s degree in accounting preferred
Minimum two years of office experience, with at least one year in an accounting role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with ERP systems (SyteLine preferred)
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
