Adecco is assisting a top-tier client recruiting for an Accounts Payable/Billing Clerk. This is a temporary position with a competitive pay rate of $24.53

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Process and reconcile invoices and receipts
• Maintain and update billing records and databases
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Assist with compiling financial data and generating reports
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed
• Perform clerical accounting tasks such as posting data and calculating charges
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, billing, or finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Pay Details: $24.53 per hour
