Job Title: Accounts Payable & Billing Clerk
Pay: $27/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Billing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling data, computing fees and charges, and preparing invoices for billing purposes. You will work with financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate processing of company charges, payroll, and other billing functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Balance and reconcile batch control totals with source documents or computer listings to locate errors, correct amounts, or prepare correction records.

  • Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.

  • Reconcile and post receipts for cash received by various departments.

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including posting data and maintaining records concerning costs and shipments.

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Knowledge of accounting and mathematical principles.

  • Familiarity with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting.

  • Previous experience with computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in accounting or a related financial field preferred.

  • 2-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
