Adecco is currently hiring for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Coordinator / Vendor Relations Specialist on behalf of our client! This role supports the sales department by facilitating order processing, coordinating with vendors, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Assignment Length: 4-6 weeks with the possibility go becoming permanent
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:
Review purchase orders to ensure receipt of vendor invoices
Follow up with vendors on missing or delayed bills
Enter bills into ERP system and respond to A/P inquiries
Purchase Orders:
Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders
Maintain clear documentation and communication with internal teams
Vendor Returns (RMAs):
Coordinate with vendors on failed equipment returns
Process RMA forms and issue replacement purchase orders
Work with brokers if replacements are unavailable and enter credit memos when needed
Vendor Support:
Sales Support:
Assist sales representatives with product information, pricing, and vendor communications
Provide customer support related to orders and product availability
What You'll Need to Succeed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
Ability to solve problems independently and manage multiple tasks
Understanding of sales processes and vendor relations
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
