Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Account Receivable Associate – ON SITE in Frisco, TX  This is a great opportunity to join a leading American Multinational Company!

 

  • Pay Rate: $19.23

  • Shift availability: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

 Our ideal Associate for Account Receivable Associate be able to:

  • Performs tasks with close supervision and instructions for routine work

  • Process daily lockbox and wire payments

  • Saving payment back up

  • Enter and clear deductions into the AR system Demantra

  • Print and sort various checks

  • Looking through check paperwork to determine deduction coding in SAP

  • Backing up other Cash Application duties, filling in where needed

  • Research and resolve any payment discrepancies with both internal teams and external contacts

  • Work closely with Deduction Analysts to ensure proper support and documentation for deduction entry

Education/Certification Requirements for an Account Receivable Associate

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience and Skills Requirements Nice to have for an Account Receivable Associate

  • The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for deposit entry and pre-payment application assistance, maintain accurate deposit records and may assist with period, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

Pay Details: $19.23 per hour
