What You’ll Do
Lead engaging, therapeutic activities
Guide clients through sobriety with 12-step and evidence-based practices
Coordinate transportation to AA/NA meetings and community events
Create personalized treatment plans and track progress
Facilitate social and recreational programs
Provide one-on-one counseling and family support
Be a trusted advocate and crisis responder
What You Bring
Bachelors in psychology, Human Services, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience or equivalent
Certified or certification-eligible in addictions treatment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Self-starter with a passion for helping others
