We’re recruiting a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their Employee Benefits team — a critical role that supports smooth day-to-day benefits operations and employee experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Support the administration of benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance)
Act as a resource for employee questions related to benefits enrollment, claims, and policy changes
Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in compliance with company policies
Maintain confidential and accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulations (COBRA, ACA, ERISA)
Prepare internal reports on benefit usage and assist with audits or vendor coordination
Partner with payroll to ensure accurate deductions and corrections
Assist with open enrollment, orientation, and employee benefits communications
What You Bring:
Experience in HR or employee benefits administration
Strong understanding of health, retirement, and insurance benefits
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS knowledge is a plus

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
