We’re recruiting a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their Employee Benefits team — a critical role that supports smooth day-to-day benefits operations and employee experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the administration of benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance)

  • Act as a resource for employee questions related to benefits enrollment, claims, and policy changes

  • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in compliance with company policies

  • Maintain confidential and accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulations (COBRA, ACA, ERISA)

  • Prepare internal reports on benefit usage and assist with audits or vendor coordination

  • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate deductions and corrections

  • Assist with open enrollment, orientation, and employee benefits communications

What You Bring:

  • Experience in HR or employee benefits administration

  • Strong understanding of health, retirement, and insurance benefits

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS knowledge is a plus

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
