Adecco is currently partnering with a leading construction services provider at a project site in St. Clair, MI, to fill an immediate opening for a Site Administrative Assistant. This position supports daily non-technical administrative operations for a busy construction site office. The role is based in a work trailer on-site and offers a fast-paced, hands-on work environment. This is a contract role lasting 6-8 months. It may lead to other assignments with this large company further down the line.

Pay rate: $20 per hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the project site team and assist Administrative Assistants at the home office.

  • Manage project files including status reports, bid packages, contracts, and additional work orders (AWO).

  • Maintain filing systems, calendars, and routine correspondence for site managers.

  • Audit construction drawings to ensure the site is working from the latest revisions.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain effective relationships with internal staff, clients, and vendors.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills — proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work independently in a construction environment.

  • Knowledge of construction terminology and document control procedures is preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
