Adecco is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work with a client in Syracuse, NY. This is a temp-to-hire position, paying $20-24/hour depending on experience.

We're seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our production team with documentation, data entry, reporting, and quality control tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Review batch production records for accuracy and completeness
Verify material counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation
Perform and confirm calculations and unit conversions
Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies or errors
Enter and manage data within internal tracking systems
Assist on the packaging line as needed
Verify and document returned components and labels
Complete and maintain accountability worksheets, production orders, formula cards, and material requisitions
Scan and organize production records into electronic files
Prepare and distribute monthly reports
What You Bring to the Team:
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Accurate typing and data entry abilities
Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy production setting
Basic data analysis capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, especially with product documentation
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
