 Must Have worked in a Construction field prior and have Quickbooks & Certified Payroll to Qualify for role.

  • Contract Type:  Temp to hire

  • Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/ HR based on experience 

  • Shift/Hours:  8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday -Thursday and 8:00AM - 4:30PM on Friday  

     

Construction Administrative Assistant

Our local client is looking for a full time office assistant with construction office experience. You must know QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Preliminary Notices, Certified Payroll. You will be handling phone calls, emails and scheduling and must have data entry experience.

 

Essential Duties: 

  • Inbound/Outbound Phone Calls

  • Create and Respond to Emails

  • Scheduling

  • Data Entry

 

Requirements MUST HAVE TO QUALIFY: 

  • Data Entry Experience

  • Construction background experience

  • Proficient in QuickBooks

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of Preliminary Notices

  • Certified Payroll

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
