Title: Administrative Staff Assistant
Pay rate: $25/hr
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Duration: 12 months
Location: Onsite, Newark NJ
Duties:
Greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance
Inputting demographics in the system
Answering the phones
Assisting with electronic medical records
Filing, archiving
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
HS Diploma with experience handling administrative responsibilities
Experience with scheduling systems such as EPIC
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Dependable, reliable and good communication skills
Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
