Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Peabody, MA! We are seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist. This is a temp opportunity on 1st shift.
Position: IT Helpdesk Support Specialist
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Pay range: $30 - $38 per hour depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain/Install/Upgrade user PC systems and peripherals
Install PC applications per user requirements
Manage Help Desk system to assist users with technical issues
Work with third-party maintenance service providers to resolve PC, peripheral and third-party software issues.
Provide support to remote users with VPN and remote access tools
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support or a related role
Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and general PC hardware/software troubleshooting
Experience with remote support tools and VPN technologies
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
