Brooklyn, NY - hybrid
Pay rate: $46/hr
1 yr contract. Potential to convert based on business need and performance.
Working with PMs/Engineers - taking orders, tracking materials, communication with warehouse.
Logistics and Warehousing experience, and best practices around that.
Bachelors Degree with 3-5 yrs or 5-8 years of relevant experience without degree
Travel about once a month to Melville, NY (on Long Island)
Analyze data and activities to provide relevant and up-to-date information to support decision-making and the effective working of the Company. At the higher levels, this role will also design and implement procedures and policies within their area of work to improve the working of the Company.
Proactively research, produce, monitor, and analyze cost, policy, or other information to enable analysis of key themes and trends.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with relevant internal parties or employees to understand their requirements, deliver appropriate, customized solutions and advice, and build cross-functional work aligned with The Company policies and processes.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to share best practices, provide technical advice, and build bases of influence.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with contract or external service providers, including negotiation, interpretation, and application of established and/or service level agreements to ensure adherence to standards and best outcomes for The Company.
Negotiate and agree on contracts with outside vendors, including standards of work/levels of service, to ensure the best value for The Company.
Skills needed: Microsoft - SAP and Excel
Warehousing/Logistics
Inventory Ariba experience a plus
Must have strong communication skills and ability to multitask
Pay Details: $46.00 per hour
