Responsibilities for an Analyst Risk Management include but are not limited to:
Drafting and issuing AFA Stop Loss policies daily, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Auditing sold case quotes and entering data into core processing systems.
Monitoring and resolving daily, weekly, and monthly error reports, providing feedback on Stop Loss quotes.
Triaging incoming inquiries and requests, running validations for AFA cases, and collaborating with support teams.
Candidates for Analyst Risk Management must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Must reside in the CST or EST time zone.
Proficient in Excel, including V/X lookup and pivot tables, along with SharePoint, Word, and Outlook.
Strong written communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Pay Details: $17.16 per hour
