Adecco is partnering with a well-established real estate property management firm in Manhasset, NY, to find an experienced and detail-oriented Supervisor of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable. This is a direct-hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired directly by the company as a permanent, full-time employee with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable:
Review and reconcile monthly reports
Email Pikan reports to the accountant
Prepare tenant check breakdowns
Abstract and enter commercial leases, assignments, and extensions
Manage utility billing to tenants
Maintain monthly A/R and A/P calendars
Conduct employee performance reviews
Update BJM information and codes
Support year-end financial reporting
Abstract and enter leases for new acquisitions
Assist with contract and utility transfers
Provide backup support for deposits, rent bills, monthly closing, and utility coding
Manage online rent portal reconciliation and resolve banking issues
Handle tenant correspondence regarding billing and account discrepancies
Apply and adjust late charges monthly
Reconcile security for multiple properties
Accounts Payable:
Process sales tax payments
Handle NJ Annual I&E filings
Assist with CAM and real estate tax billing
Complete RPIE and storefront registrations
Place stop payments for outstanding checks
Manage corporate tax payments
Provide backup for weekly/monthly check runs
Conduct employee performance reviews
Oversee utility billing to tenants
Lead and support the accounting team
Handle hiring and terminations as needed
? Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in both A/P and A/R
Extensive knowledge of real estate property management accounting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
