Job Description
The Architect II will be a key contributor across all project phases — from initial concept design through construction administration. You’ll manage the preparation of detailed design documents, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to bring high-profile infrastructure and civic projects to life.
Key Responsibilities
Translate conceptual designs into detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
Conduct code compliance reviews (IBC, ADA, Hawaiʻi Energy Code).
Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations for clients.
Participate in construction administration, including site visits and RFI responses.
Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control (QA/QC).
Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations.
Requirements
Degree: B.Arch or M.Arch (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years in architectural design and construction documentation.
Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge: IBC, ADA, and energy codes.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
