$55,000 Base + Commission
Position Summary
Membership Consultants are the main advocates for Health, expanding our patient base within the communities we serve. They engage directly with individual seniors, organize events to bring seniors together, and build effective partnerships with patient referral sources. Our Membership Consultants are active and visible community members who ensure seniors receive the care they need.

Job Description
- Drive new patient enrollment through direct engagement with seniors and community stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate local events to connect with potential patients.
- Cultivate relationships with health plan agents, brokers, and community providers.
- Utilize sales and marketing tools to identify and cultivate new patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enrolled patients to promote retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Sales or community relations experience required; healthcare experience a plus.
- Experience working with seniors or medically underserved populations preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
