Job Title: Production Assembler II
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shifts: Training on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), then transitioning to 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) after training is complete
Adecco is hiring Production Assemblers for a leading manufacturing company in Richmond, VA. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with competitive pay and a structured training program.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assemble products following engineering documents to meet quality standards and production goals.
· Operate computers to check schedules and update job statuses.
· Perform basic testing per procedures to ensure product functionality.
· Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process.
· Assist with training new employees and addressing any issues.
· Handle materials and ensure proper workflow in the production process.
· Review and suggest improvements to assembly processes for increased productivity and quality.
· Work closely with engineering teams to communicate updates and issues.
· Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate records.
· Participate in team meetings and discussions.
· Follow all safety and workplace regulations.
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Up to 2 years of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
