We're hiring Assemblers and Painters to join our client’s growing team in Pittsfield, ME. These are entry-level positions, perfect for someone looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing or woodworking.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | OT available Fridays, 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
Pay: $17/hr to start with reviews for pay increase at 30/60/90 days

What You'll Do:
Assemble wooden components using power tools and hand tools
Assist with painting and finishing parts according to job specs
Read basic blueprints and use a tape measure for accurate cuts and fits
Safely operate drills, sanders, and other tools
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What You Bring:
Basic woodworking experience (even if it’s building birdhouses in your garage!)
Familiarity with reading a tape measure and basic blueprints
Comfortable using power tools safely and efficiently
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
