Location: Independence, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
About the Role
We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
Assemble products according to engineering drawings and specifications
Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met
Build hatch cover structures using fiberglass, resins, and structural materials
Use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools
Follow work instructions and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Perform additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Ability to use common hand tools
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (training provided)
Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs
Comfortable working in enclosed environments and on uneven surfaces
Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Experience working with fiberglass or resins (preferred)

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
