Job Summary:
Adecco Staffing is working with a reputable manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to hire Assemblers for 1st shift. These temp-to-hire positions offer a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and hands-on mechanical aptitude. As a Hardware Assembler, you will support daily mechanical assembly operations by building, inspecting, and testing hardware components according to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components using hand tools and small power tools
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings
- Perform visual and manual inspections to ensure product quality
- Adhere to routing sheets and manufacturing guidelines
- Use measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Communicate issues, defects, or inconsistencies to supervisors
- Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of mechanical or hardware assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with small tools, torque drivers, and assembly equipment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
