💰 Competitive Salary & Benefits:

$100,000 – $110,000/year

Salary based on experience, education, and clinical expertise

🩺 What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to manage daily operations and uphold high standards of care

• Lead staff education & development, and act as Infection Control Officer

• Oversee nursing documentation for accuracy and compliance

• Support regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement

• Take an active role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff

• Respond to urgent resident needs with clinical judgment and compassion

• Maintain a flexible schedule and be available for on-call responsibilities

📌 Key Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN License (Required)

• 3+ years of leadership experience in long-term care settings

• Strong background in staff training, compliance, and infection control

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
