Senior Auto Technician
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you an experienced Automotive Technician looking to work in a clean, professional, and well-organized shop? We are seeking a Senior Auto Technician who can work independently, lead by example, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics
Repair vehicles to manufacturer specifications including engine, driveline, brake and hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, ignition, electrical, suspension, and alignment systems
Assist fellow technicians with troubleshooting and repair
Stay current on new vehicle technologies and repair techniques
Communicate effectively with management on vehicle updates
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures
Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the company’s core values of respect, integrity, and honesty
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience
A-Level Technician status preferred
ASE Certification; Master Technician highly desirable
Experience with diesel engine diagnostics and repair
Strong background in chassis, suspension, brake systems, and alignments
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Customer-focused with a commitment to quality
Valid driver’s license required
