These Account Executive jobs require at least 1-2 years of experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Candidates must also complete approved company training, complete an FDCPA course and pass an FDCPA test to obtain a Collection Specialist Certification. In this role, you will speak with customers by phone in an attempt to determine the reason for delinquency, review terms of sales, service, or credit contracts, negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements, process repairable and total loss insurance claims as well as collateral trade-in agreements, and coordinate collateral surrender, redemption, and reinstatement with customers, negotiate collateral release agreements with impound/tow companies and submit qualified accounts to Skip Trace Department.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
