We are seeking an experienced BCBA to help with the Clinical operation of the agency. Our client provides behavioral health services to children and their families in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
The right candidate will be organized, creative, practical, focused, personable, able to track and manage many detailed activities that are required to keep the agency running smoothly. Tasks include:
- Supervise Licensed Behavior Specialists in creating and implementing quality ABA programs.
- Mentor new clinicians to develop ABA programming skills and navigate interactions with parents, teachers and technicians.
- Review assessments, treatment plans and providing staff supervision and training.
- Perform quality checks of clinical documentation.
- Provide ABA skills training to field staff and new hires.
- Additional administrative activities.
Our client offers:
- Full-time employment with a base salary in the $75,000-$85,000 range

- PA Behavior Specialist License (Required)
