Job Description:
Manage a company's employee experience from the application process to when an employee leaves.
Responsibilities include:
Recruitment
HR professionals identify hiring needs, interview applicants, and hire or refer qualified candidates.
Onboarding
HR professionals help new employees with orientation and paperwork.
Training and development
HR professionals plan and deliver training programs, including new staff inductions.
Compensation and benefits
HR professionals manage payroll, administer benefit programs, and advise on pay and other benefits.
Employee relations and performance management
HR professionals handle staffing issues, mediate disputes, and direct disciplinary procedures.
Policy development
HR professionals develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, and equal opportunities
Hours: Flexible maybe a few nights
Pay Rate $20/hr
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
