We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support the timely analysis, submission, and tracking of invoices, claims, and vehicle buyback assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, data analysis, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with invoice tracking and operational budget analysis
Monitor aged vehicle assets and escalate unresolved issues
Create and submit invoices and expense claims
Obtain required internal and external signatures on invoice documents
Upload claims and track status weekly and monthly
Verify all payments are accounted for and billed correctly
Identify and analyze rejected claims and determine root causes
Run QMF/SQL queries to retrieve and analyze claim data
Review and validate repair orders and warranty claims
Log, track, and prepare monthly overviews of resubmissions
Maintain and update billing procedures documentation
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of billing or financial experience required
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP and/or IBM AS400 (1 year preferred)
Knowledge of QMF/SQL for data analysis (1 year preferred)
Automotive background is a plus

Logical reasoning with the ability to interpret technical or billing rejections.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
