Are you ready to provide a magical experience to travelers at New York City's airports? We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and tech-savvy individual to enhance customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What You'll Do:
Welcome Riders: Guide travelers on using the brand's app, connect them with drivers, and ensure a seamless pickup experience.
Customer Support: Assist with app-related questions, payment issues, and real-time problem-solving.
Airport Operations: Monitor vehicle flow, ensure safe pick-up/drop-off areas, and adjust operations as needed.
Promote the brand: Educate travelers on app benefits, functionality, and ride options.
Logistics Support: Manage the brand's airport zones and ensure compliance with airport policies.
Team Collaboration: Work with airport personnel to address issues and improve operations.
Adaptability: Take on additional tasks to ensure a smooth rider and driver experience.
Requirements:
People Skills: Engage with a diverse range of people and build rapport quickly.
Problem-Solving: Find solutions in real-time.
Adaptability: Manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to challenges.
Proactivity: Take initiative and follow through without constant direction.
Tech-Savvy: Navigate and explain app functionality confidently.
Additional Requirements:
Experience: At least one year in customer service, airport operations, event logistics, brand ambassador roles, or traffic/parking management.
Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Attention to Detail: Familiarity with airport layouts and procedures is a plus.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
