We are seeking a Breast Surgical Oncologist for our client's growing team in Fresno, California. This role will embrace patient-focused care through close cooperation with our well-established, multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Expertise: Utilize your advanced knowledge and surgical skills to treat patients with breast disease.
Patient Care: Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring that patients and their families are well-informed, supported and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in breast surgical oncology bringing new approaches and technology to the practice and community when appropriate.
Education: Provide education and support to patients, families, and the community regarding breast cancer prevention, screening, and treatment options.
Salary: $400k-$420k (plus $20,000 bonus) with Multiple Year Salary Guarantee. The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board certification in Surgery and Surgical Oncology
Completed fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology
CA medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Team-oriented breast surgeon with a proven track record of at least 1 year of experience in the field.
Pay Details: $400,000.00 to $420,000.00 per year
