Responsibilities for a Business Analyst (HR) include but are not limited to:
Coordinate and organize daily business analytics activities, focusing on Workday HR data oversight
Perform structured and ad-hoc data review to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
Conduct QA testing, triage defects, and lead testing phases including UAT and regression
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows
Monitor data flows between systems, flag inconsistencies, and support post-deployment testing
Participate in after-hours deployment efforts and ensure proper verification post-launch
Candidates for Business Analyst (HR) must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3+ years of experience in data quality assurance
2+ years of experience working with Workday HR data and systems
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience comparing data across platforms
Familiarity with QA testing methods and defect resolution processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in Agile/Sprint environments a plus
Must be available for Sunday evening work (1–3 hours); flexible weekday hours available

Pay Details: $45.00 per hour
