Adecco is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst / Project Management Analyst to provide crucial day-to-day support to a Senior Project Manager. This role focuses on vital electric utility distribution programs and projects, primarily in the Washington D.C. and Newark, DE areas. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills, and a knack for managing high-volume data.
Responsibilities:
Support a Senior Project Manager on various electric utility distribution programs and projects.
Perform daily project analytical activities, ensuring smooth operations.
Administer contracts, which includes assisting with the development o fRFPs for distribution programs.
Create and manage contract requisitions.
Authorize and meticulously review contract payments and approve invoices.
Manage accruals and oversee all contract tracking responsibilities.
Handle and track significant volumes of program-level data using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in a relevant role
A Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel functions (V-lookups, pivot tables, equations).
Some knowledge of utility construction.
Travel: Expect some travel (1-2 times per month) for team meetings and site visits.

Pay Details: $48.00 per hour
