Business Analyst Jr

Adecco is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst / Project Management Analyst to provide crucial day-to-day support to a Senior Project Manager. This role focuses on vital electric utility distribution programs and projects, primarily in the Washington D.C. and Newark, DE areas. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills, and a knack for managing high-volume data.

  • Pay Rate: $48.00/hr

  • Location: Hybrid - Newark, DE

  • Shift: M – F 8:00am – 5:00pm

  • Type: Temp to hire

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support a Senior Project Manager on various electric utility distribution programs and projects.

  • Perform daily project analytical activities, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Administer contracts, which includes assisting with the development o fRFPs for distribution programs.

  • Create and manage contract requisitions.

  • Authorize and meticulously review contract payments and approve invoices.

  • Manage accruals and oversee all contract tracking responsibilities.

  • Handle and track significant volumes of program-level data using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a relevant role

  • A Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement).

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel functions (V-lookups, pivot tables, equations).

  • Some knowledge of utility construction.

  • Travel: Expect some travel (1-2 times per month) for team meetings and site visits.

Pay Details: $48.00 per hour
