Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Junior Business Analyst position.
Schedule: Hybrid -3 days in-office; 2 days work-from-home
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)
Start Date: June 24, 2025
Description: This exciting role is for an analytical and detail-oriented individual passionate about business analysis, especially within the electric utility sector. You'll analyze and document business processes and requirements for various projects, contributing directly to project success. You'll work independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders for efficient project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
Analyze and document current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development of functional and technical specifications for new systems or enhancements.
Participate actively in meetings and workshops to gather insights and provide project updates.
Help in the identification and documentation of project risks and issues, proactively addressing potential challenges.
Support the development and testing of new systems or enhancements, ensuring smooth implementation.
Assist in the preparation of comprehensive training materials and user documentation.
Provide essential support to users during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
Preferred Qualifications:
Electric Utility Experience is a strong plus.
Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills.
2+ years of experience in customer service.
CC&B experience is preferred.

Pay Details: $33.50 per hour
