The worlds largest Search Engine is seeking a Business Operations Lead to join the Gen Operations team, responsible for managing the Enterprise network and ensuring seamless connectivity for all locations and users. This is an 11-month contract role with a hybrid work schedule based in Austin, TX.

Duration: 11 months (11/25/2024 - 10/31/2025)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Hybrid: Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-office, other days remote)
Compensation: $55.70-$ 71.90


Role Overview
As the Business Operations Lead, you will:
  • Support the Gen Operations team by managing team OKRs and coordinating quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and all-team calls.
  • Oversee budget processes, resource management, and project tracking.
  • Track deliverables and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and supporting executive-level processes.

Top Responsibilities
  • Handle business operations requests from the business office.
  • Track team deliverables, ensuring timely progress and completion.
  • Support budget forecasting and OKR tracking.
  • Plan and coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (or similar), Excel, and Word (or equivalent tools).
Proven experience in creating executive-level presentations.
Exceptional program management skills.
Expertise in business operations tasks, including OKR tracking, resource management, and preparing QBRs.

Desired Experience:
  • 3 years of business operations or program management experience.
  • Familiarity with coordinating large-scale team meetings and tracking organizational deliverables.



Pay Details: $55.70 to $71.90 per hour
