Location: Onsite in Palo Alto, CA
Compensation: Competitive base salary ($180-$250K) + performance bonus + full benefits (401K, PTO, health, life, dental, vision)

Primary function
Customer-facing role responsible for implementing a value generation strategy that generates Business Unit results. Accountable for profit and loss, leadership across the functional business unit team, customer relations, value-based pricing, contract review and negotiations, new business development, and Business Unit Bookings.
Duties
Responsible for achieving Bookings, Sales, and EBITDA objectives.
Drive consistent value creation through value-based pricing, profitable new business, and productivity.
Develop and execute a Business Unit strategy resulting in year over year growth.
Lead a cross-functional Business Unit Team.
Implement initiatives to continuously improve the team responsiveness to customer/business needs.
Prepare and execute a comprehensive Annual Business Unit Plan.
Develop and present Quarterly business reviews to executive management.
Develop positive relationships with customers.
Responsible for contract review and negotiations.
Develop a performance-oriented work environment with high accountability.
Perform other duties as may be assigned/necessary for the success of the Business Unit.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
Technical degree preferred but not required.
5 to 15 years total experience which includes roles of increasing responsibility.
Experience leading direct reports preferred but not required.
Experience leading a cross functional team preferred but not required.
Ability to travel 25-40%.

Pay Details: $180,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year
