This is a remote/work-from-home opportunity!

Type: Contract/Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
Pay: $26.30 to $28.30/hr
Responsibilities of the LPN:
· Making calls to members to schedule appointments
· Address outstanding GAPs
· Care of Adult surveys
· Telehealth Pre Calls and post calls
Qualifications for the LPN:
High School Diploma/GED
Active LPN License
