Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, human resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in workforce development or career coaching within a vulnerable population.
- Ability to pass DOC security clearance.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct group sessions.
- Deliver high-quality education and employment curriculum.
- Document participant interactions, progress, and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with care team.
