Pro Shop Cart
Friday & Saturday nights
Overview:
· Outside work, will managed cart prep and collections managing the schedules for cart cleaners.
· Weekends will be required
· Valid Driver’s License required
REQUIRED Operational Duties:
· Retrieve Golf Carts, clean and fuel cart for next customer
· Work to maintain fuel log and report to Pro Shop Manager
· Assist and support store management in daily operations to include helping with “outside” schedule of staff
· Maintain the store/outside premises to include light clean and moving displays, outside bins etc.
· Resolve and handle customer issues effectively
Future potential—if the role is combined with inside
· Assist in inventory and stocking shelves
· Provide Customer Service on item selection, book tee times, take payments, and reconcile cash drawer at the end of the day.
· POS (Point of Sales) cash register
· Prepare cash drawer reports, may use excel and/or inventory programs
· Answer phone and provide customer service, and prepare reports
Physical:
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., move merchandise, bend or stand in stationary position for long periods of time
Pay Details: $12.00 per hour
