Job Summary
To perform various support operations and operate equipment within the Manufacturing cell, while paying strict attention to
ensure that the product's quality and productivity/schedule requirements and goals are met.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-May be required to do some or all of those tasks in a cell: Material handling, sorting, cleaning, deburring, straightening,
blasting, stress relief, NDT preparation, vibratory/tumbling, immersion cleaning, electropolishing, etching, and cutoff saw
operation.
- Able to perfor, inspections with Precision instrument like a CMM, Surfcom and Rondcom
-Identification, Handling and Storage of Product.
-Perform Line Clearance/ Area Cleared tasks
-Responsible for manufacturing inspections to meet product specifications.
- Ensure proper documentation of machine setup and product documentation in compliance with local procedures & GMP's.
- Stop further processing of non-conforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory conditions has been corrected. Document in the appropiate system as a QBWM.
- Responsible to record the job steps in the PDR.
- Report production on the current Information Systems (JDE) on a daily basis.
- Ensure and prioritize use of dispatch list to sustain OTIF metric.
- Perform TPM activities on a daily basis on equipment's and maintains a safe, clean work area.
- Perform and support 6'S activities for sustainability of area conditions.
- Maintain good communication with the supervisor and co-workers to ensure operation of the process.
- Performs other job related duties or tasks within the work area, as instructed by the supervisor or designee.

Expected Areas of Competence
- Teamwork and customer focus oriented.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Accurate use of measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, height gages and other measuring instruments.
- Able to use and calibrate machines : CMM, Surfcom, Rondcom (if applies)
-Able to read blueprints.
-Good understanding of cosmetic criteria of products processed in their working area.
- Manual dexterity for debuyrring and other operations.
Education/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months to 2 years in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
- Experience with materials handling or machine support is a plus
- Must be available to work on any assigned shift.
Pay Details: $11.00 to $11.70 per hour
