Adecco Staffing is searching for a Ceramic Processing Technician on 1st shift in Littleton! Candidates are required to be US Citizens or Permanent residents due to ITAR Compliance & Regulations.
Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $22-$24/hour DOE
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in ceramic powder processing principles and techniques. The candidate must be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as lab coat, gloves, safety glasses and occasionally a respirator. Experience working with chemicals a plus. Knowledge and/or experience with injection molding is not a requirement but is a function of this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performing density measurements and particle size analysis
Ability to operate and maintain processing equipment such as blending machines and furnaces
Injection molding of ceramic preforms
Tooling set up and maintenance
Following both written and verbal instructions effectively
Performs other duties as required or directed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to work with both dry and wet chemical processing
Strong math skills
Proficient in units of measure
Proficient with Excel spreadsheet
Familiarity with 6S and lean manufacturing practices a plus
Experience working in clean room environment a plus
Knowledgeable in temperature controller operation and programming a plus
Experience with injection molding a plus
Experience with ceramic powders a strong plus

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
