Position: Chemical Line Operator
Location: Laconia, NH
Pay Rate: $19+/HR
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and perform chemical titrations with 100% accuracy.
- Perform chemical adjustments to anodize tanks to maintain consistency in chemical concentration.
- Understand and follow the flow of material through the Anodize process line.
- Perform wanding and other record-keeping tasks as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure the correct material and work are loaded into work centers in compliance with ISO 9001.
- Assist with tank dumps and cleaning processes.
- Aid in performing and recording engineering test results.
- Meet at least 90% of established labor rate standards.
- Enter data related to work orders, downtime, and more into the system.
- Rack and unrack extrusion and baskets when required.
- Understand and maintain lot traceability.
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
- Learn to operate forklifts, Room #2, and the Auto-line.
- Maintain open communication with team leaders and supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
- Eagerness to learn and work with chemicals.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects.
- Good eye/hand coordination and stamina to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attendance and flexibility for work schedules and overtime.
- Ability to work in high-temperature environments.
- Strong housekeeping skills.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
