Minimum Requirements:
- MD or DO and completion of an accredited residency program in psychiatry; board certified with active AZ license and DEA licensure in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physician; 3 years of management experience.
- CPR/First Aid
- CPI Certification
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
